Henry knocked out Samuels with a right hook to the jaw, according to his own report to the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. Samuels had been down for a no-count earlier in the 4th round. The card which also featured an exhibition from Max Baer against Andre Adoree, drew between 2,000 and 3,000 fans.
