Mike Pusateri, 161, Dedham, and southpaw Ben Wilson, 165, Brooklyn, put on a thriller that lasted only three rounds. Wilson, started fast, banging Mike freely with his left hand. Pusateri was dropped and suffered a gory cut on the side of his nose in the first round. In the second round Mike was deposited on the canvas again. Then he knocked Wilson down. Pusateri pressed in the third round and scored three knockdowns to win by the book. The Ring, December 1970, page 48.
