Cunningham gave Turner a good fight for three round, before Turner's body attack began to wear down Cunningham. Turner floored Cunningham for nine in the 5th round, with a right hand to the jaw. Cunningham rose groggy, and was hit by a flurry of punches from Turner, until the bout was stopped.
