Zivic won the first three rounds of the bout, though he was hurt in the 4th round, a round in which Woods won handily. Woods won the 5th round, before Zivic knocked him out with a left hook to the solar plexus. Woods rose barely after the ten-count, with some in the crowd disputing the stoppage.
