Originally a No Contest, Jim Howell appealed the ruling in the Johnson and Strohl fight. Mr. Howell provided the Missouri Office of Athletics with a videotape which clearly shows Mr. Strohl landed a legal punch which knocked Mr. Johnson out of the ring and to the floor. Mr. Johnson was not able to return to the ring within 20 seconds under the Unified Championship Rules of the Association of Boxing Commission, therefore, the result of this bout has been changed to a win by disqualification for Mr. Strohl.
