Fuller knocked Callahan down with a right hand that landed under Callahan's left eye. Callahan took a nine-count, and arose staggering. Callahan whose left eye was now rapidly swelling, was helpless against Fuller's onslaught, and was driven to the ropes, where he was finished off.
