Parra was knocked down by a left hook to the jaw in the 4th round. Parra fought well though, until the 7th round, when Corona shifted his attack to the body. Parra was stagged by a right hand in the 8th round, and dropped by a left hook in the 10th round. After Corona smashed him into the ropes, the referee stopped the bout.
