Green hurt Falco early in the bout. Green set the knockout up with a right uppercut that had Falco dazed, he followed with two left hooks to the head that had Falco sagging to the floor, before finishing him with two more right hands.

This was Falco's first loss in a Scranton ring, after running up a string of 17 victories.
