After a slow first round, Houck began pounding Grady in the 2nd round, knocking him down near the end of the round. In the 3rd round, Grady was knocked down three times and fell to the canvas once, before the towel was thrown in.

This was Houck's first bout in three years, and would be the final bout of his career.
