Bobby Daniels, Duluth middleweight, defeated Al Andrews of St. Paul and Superior, Wis., by a knockout with 1:45 gone in the second round. The two appeared on about even terms until Daniels caught Andrews in the eye with a left hook, and down he went for the count. After the fight, Andrews announced his retirement.
