Joe Cortez beat Manuel Quintero by TKO in round 2 of 10

After an even first round, Cortez put Quintero down twice. Quintero was out on the canvas and apparently well counted out, when the bell rang to end the 2nd round. Quintero was drug to his corner and revived, and sent out again to battle, but was pummeled and dropped to the canvas several more times. Eventually the bout was stopped, with officials deciding that Quintero had been knocked out the first time.
