Freeman knocked Bailey down for nine at the end of the 4th round, with a right to the jaw. Freeman pounded Bailey to start the 5th round, driving him to the ropes, where he sank to the canvas for a two-count. Bailey moved in, and was met by a right and left, and dropped again. The referee stopped the bout.
