Winters knocked Jessup down in the 2nd round with a series of punches, for a nine-count. Jessup rallied to floor Winters twice, with Winters on the canvas at the count of six at the bell. Winters's corner attempted to revive him for the 3rd, though he answered the bell very unsteady. Jessup immeadiately rushed over and floored Winters with an overhand right, the referee didn't even bother to count.
