• Date: 1924-02-11
• Location: Heuck's Opera House, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

The Cincinnati Enquirer gave Stribling every round, though Schoendorf gave a game effort, fighting toe-to-toe with Stribling throughout. The Enquirer felt that Stribling wasted many punches because of his poor aim. Stribling cut Schoendorf's mouth, while Stribling finished the bout with his left eye closed.
