Arnold knocked Falco down in the 1st round with a right hand to the jaw. Falco rose unsteady, but went after Arnold and knocked him down with a left hook to the jaw. Falco went after Arnold trying to finish him, but the bell rang with Arnold on the ropes. Falco was the agressor for much of the 2nd and 3rd rounds, until he was hit by a haymaker from Arnold that pitched him face first to be counted out.
