Russell nearly had Dillon finished in the 10th round, and finally dropped him at the end of the 10th round, the bell saving him. Dillon barely came out for the 11th round, and was quickly finished by a bodyshot. Dillon was carried to his dressing room, where he later collapsed before being taken care of by a physician.
