Jimmy McLeod 135 lbs beat Frankie Monroe 140 lbs by SD in round 6 of 6

• Date: 1935-03-07
• Location: Greenwich Coliseum, Tacoma, Washington, USA

"The bout was one of the most entertaining of the season, and perhaps the best that McLeod has fought here. It was as good or better than the hectic battle that McLeod and 'Branding Iron' Linn put on two years ago before one of the largest crowds in Tacoma's history."Tacoma News Tribune
