Jack Gibbons 173 lbs beat Andy Miller 178 lbs by PTS in round 10 of 10

• Date: 1937-12-10
• Location: Armory, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
• Referee: Labe Safro

Gibbons won easily, in what the Minneapolis Star felt was a disappointing performance. Gibbons was unable to show his boxing ability against Miller, do to his rough-and-tough slugger style. Miller knocked Gibbons down for a one-count in the 5th round with a wild right along the ropes.
