- Date: 1933-01-24
- Location: Arena, Saint Louis, Missouri, USA

Rosenbloom dominated Stillman, taking eleven of twelve rounds. Stillman was unable to land his hard right hand, with the exception of the 8th round, the only round the St. Louis Post-Dispatch felt he won. Rosenbloom outboxed Stillman for much of the contest, and fought with his usual slapping style. Rosenbloom staggered Stillman in the last round. Rosenbloom went down in the 3rd round from a low blow.
