Maxie Rosenbloom 181 lbs beat John Henry Lewis 177 lbs by PTS in round 10 of 10

• Date: 1932-11-16
• Location: Civic Auditorium, San Francisco, California, USA
• Referee: Eddie Burns

Rosenbloom won by a slim margin. Lewis was the aggressor and Rosenbloom fought his usual slapstick style. Lewis often made spurts but Maxie would meet him more than half way and generally got the better of these exchanges. It was an interesting fight.

Purse for each fighter: $1,403.50
