Rosenbloom's toughest moments were in rounds five and seven, when he wavered from Latzo's attack. Rosenbloom entered the bout with patches over both eyes, but didn't bleed until the left eye was opened in the final round by a right hand. Latzo finished with a badly bruised forehead.
