John Henry Lewis 170 lbs beat Yale Okun 174 lbs by PTS in round 10 of 10

• Date: 1932-04-22
• Location: Dreamland Auditorium, San Francisco, California, USA
• Referee: Bill Doran

Lewis took six round, Okun two, and two were even, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The Chronicle felt that Okun was shot, as he was outboxed by his younger foe, and was a tad slow to land frequently.
