George Brown beat Billy Weeks by KO in round 8 of 12
- Date: 1921-09-27
- Location: Broadway Arena, Louisville, Kentucky, USA
This was a terrible bout, on the verge of being a no-contest, until the 7th round, when the secretary of the State Athletic Board warned the two boxers. Action picked up after that, and in the 8th round, Brown feinted a left hand, and caught Weeks with a hard right to the jaw. Weeks head hit the canvas hard, and he was counted out.
