Marion Bermundez, 128 ½. Scottsdale, Ariz., stopped Ersi Arvizu, 132, Los Angeles, in the third round. Miss Bermundez raised her pro record to 3-0. It looked as if she might be stopped herself in the second round after taking two left hooks to the head, but she recovered and became the attacker in the third.
