• Date: 1921-11-18
• Location: Tulane Arena, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA
• Referee: Remy Dorr

Coffey asked for the bout to be stopped in the 13th round, as he felt he had sustained a broken rib on his left side. The injury appeared to have occurred in the 6th round, despite the injury Coffey had fought well with Burke from the time of the injury, through the stoppage.
