Ron Wilson (Ivory), in easily outclassing “Baby” Jacson (Warner), gave a polished exhibition of boxing-fighting. He used the ring well to place his work, and when attacked back-moved defended in a classy manner. He punched clean and forced the fight the right way, refusing to be bustled when Jacson came in with a hurricane attack. “Baby” would attack in a forceful way about half-minute of every round, and several times looked to be succeeding, but Ronnie used his brains and the ring to come back at his man to bustle him off balance. Wilson should be pleased at his comeback after his setback in Sydney against Jimmie Gleeson.
