Long Tom Hawkins beat Jack Renault by PTS in round 10 of 10

Hawkins knocked Renault down in the 1st round, with a short hook, though it appeared he may have slipped. After decisively losing the second round, Renault was knocked down by an overhand shot to the back of the head. Renault complained of a foul, which was disallowed, and rose at the count of three. Renault was knocked down for a third time in the 4th round. In the 6th round, Renault staggered Hawkins twice with rights to the head. The bout was largely even the rest of the way.
