Anthony Tshehla 130 lbs beat Mbulelo Botile 132 lbs by KO at 1:33 in round 7 of 12

Botile was ring rusty, overweight and sluggish. He had not donned boxing gloves since being stopped in the 11th round by IBO junior lightweight champion Cassius Baloyi two and half years back. That was 18 months after Botile had been dethroned by David Toledo.

Tshehla mounted his attack in the sixth round and staggered the challenger with a two-punch combination. Sensing victory, Tshehla connected with a solid right to the side of the head in the seventh round. A clearly vanquished Botile turned his back, went down on his knees and referee Darryl Ribbink counted him out.
