Fred Goin was a boxing promoter who put on a number of shows in Mount Vernon, WA, USA, circa the early 1920s, at the Golden Stars Post of the American Legion. A Mount Vernon Herald newspaper article, circa July 24, 1924, announced that he was going to accept a similar position in Los Angeles, California.
He was responsible for introducing the soon-to-be-popular Leslie (Wildcat) Carter to professional fight crowds.
