"George Chuvalo, Canadian heavyweight champion, returning to action since his defeat by Buster Mathis, punched too hard and too often for Stamford Harris, knocking him out at 2:09 of the 2nd round. Harris carried the fight to Chuvalo and the first round was all action. Round two still and both men continued to battle away when at 2:09 Chuvalo reached Harris with a crushing left and a hard right to the head dropping the Jamaican fighter for the full count." -Ring Magazine, December 1969 issue
