"For two rounds Jack O'Halloran took the play away from the 21 year old George Foreman, but in the 4th Foreman knocked down O'Halloran just before the bell for a seven count. O'Halloran seemed to have recovered and landed a hard left at the start of the 5th round to bring the crowd to its feet, but Foreman staggered O'Halloran with the first punch he landed in the round and followed with a series of lefts for the knockout." -San Antonio Light
