Gilberto Roman beat Juan Carazo by unanimous decision to retain the WBC world Super Flyweight title. Both boxers were knocked down in the fourth round, and Roman was one second away from losing his title but he got up at the count of nine and proceeded to outbox Carazo the rest of the way.
