Hamilton A.C.

Located on the corner of Hicks Street and Hamilton Avenue, the Hamilton Athletic Club opened its doors on August 7 1916. It was the first boxing club based in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn since the Palmetto A.C. had gone out of business some 20 years earlier.
