Harold Broom

Broom was an Oakland based manager and trainer who worked with two of the most popular boxers ever in Oakland; Oakland Jimmy Duffy and Earl Turner. He managed Duffy for most of his career out of Oakland, with the exception of when Duffy went to the East Coast. He served as the trainer for Turner during his run as Oakland's top draw during the 1940s.
