Notes
Richard Guy (Pittsburgh Gazette Times) reported "Harry Grebs hit Fay Keiser seemingly 10,000 times during their six-round semi-final, but Keiser was there at the finish, beaten but willing, and he got the glad hand." A draw from Pittsburgh Post, according to which neither fighter was able to gain an advantage. Paxton in "The Fearless Harry Greb" concurs with this opinion, and lists it as a draw.
