The Michigan State Athletic Board permanently revoked his mangers license and fined $200 for "attempting to incite race prejudice" at the fight last Friday between Ossie Harris and Jake LaMotta. Board chairman John Hettche said it's action would be supported by all states linked to the National Boxing Association
