Heard Ragas was an American boxing promoter in New Orleans. Ragas was active as a promoter from 1944 to 1977, and along with Lou Messina was the most successful promoter in New Orleans during the post-World War II era. Prior to entering promotion, Ragas was a boxing judge in New Orleans during the 1930s.
