- Date: 1960-02-17

- Referee: Bernie Weismann
"Bad luck has caught up with Henry Hank, the bright new middleweight prospect. Hank broke his right hand on the last punch that cracked into Sixto (Kid) Rodriguez' jaw Wednesday night. He is expected to be out of action for a couple of months. His savage attack stopped the California light heavyweight champion in the 6th round of a scheduled nationally televised 10 rounder in Chicago Stadium. Rodriguez, being stopped for the first time, was rocked in every round but didn't go down." -Associated Press

- "That last punch did it. I felt a stabbing pain and my hand started to swell right away. Just one punch too many." -Henry Hank
