Hugh Shannon

• 1920s-era manager, based out of New York City (perhaps Buffalo?), New York.
• A series of boxing shows in early 1922, in which his boxers were involved (some taking "dives"), were considered so "rotten" by the Montreal press and public, that they resulted in the creation of the Montreal Athletic Commission to regulate boxing and wrestling in the city.
