German flyweight amateur champion 1925 and 1926. Bronze medal European amateur championship 1925. Resigned his German Flyweight title 1929-09-07 due to weightproblems. Lost his German Bantaweight title in july 1930. Drowned while swimming in the river Elbe 1935.
