Brief Bio: Bruce Paizen

Inspired by Oscar De La Hoya’s gold medal performance in the Barcelona 1992 Summer Olympics, Bruce became an instant die-hard fan of amateur and professional boxing. Bruce trained as an amateur boxer in the autumn of 1992 for 2 months and again in the autumn of 1994 for 2 months, but never fought as an amateur. He made his pro-debut in 2005 at the age of 29 years old. Quote from Bruce: “I respect all professional and amateur boxers as courageous athletes.”
