Fight Night Productions, LLC is a professional boxing promotion based out of Tampa, Florida. The
company was created in December 2009 and is comprised of prominent Orthodontist Dr. Randy
Feldman (formerly of Starfight Productions), Jim McLoughlin, Christian Myer, Shea Bailey
Promotions, Inc. and Pugilist Promotions, Inc. Fight Night is headed by Chief Executive Manager,
Aaron Jacobs (formerly of Starfight Productions and Banner Promotions), as well as Vice Executive
Manager, Shea Bailey (formerly Starfight Productions and Pound for Pound Promotions). The group
was formed with the intentions of continuing the long standing tradition of professional boxing in
the Tampa Bay area. Feldman, Bailey and Jacobs were part of the recently dissolved Starfight
Productions which had promoted over fifty professional boxing events in Tampa including numerous
nationally televised live events on ESPN2. McLoughlin is a former boxing trainer and manager and
patriarch of the 4th Street Boxing Gym. Myer, a criminal defense attorney, currently co-owns the
4th Street Boxing Gym in St. Petersburg, Florida which is the home to many of the Bay area’s top
boxing talents including Jenna Shiver, Ahsandi Gibbs, Derrick Samuels, Carlos Rivera and Jason
Barnett.
