The 1928-8-27 Chester Times described Tony Eoplucci as a recent arrival from the Pacific Coast who was anxious to challenge the winner of the upcoming Benny Bass v. Harry Blitman bout. He was reported to have fought Bud Taylor, Danny Kramer, Eddie Shea, California Joe Lynch, Johnny Hill as well as Tony Canzoneri; the last bout supposedly having taken place in Little Rock, Ark. before Canzoneri won the featherweight title.
None of these fights can be verified though and likely never happened.
