According to the December 5, 1952 Daily Sentinel of Rome, NY Mosca had his debut in 1926 in Rome's Larkin Hall losing to Charley Maino. He lost after breaking his hand and being unable to come out for an extra round after the bout was declared a draw after three rounds. Mosca claimed 205 bouts with 195 wins, 8 losses by points and 2 TKO'd by. He was managed by Charles (Sharkey) Gazzella. Mosca attempted a comeback in 1937 and won 4 of 5 bouts. He would later train and manager a collection of Rome, NY fighters.
