Met Walt Bilyak of Meriden, CT. around end of 2017/start of 2018 at a DD on North Main Street, Southington, CT. Walt worked with Frank at Wallingford Steel in Wallingford around 1980's, '90's. When I met Walt he was under the mistaken impression that Keating was yet alive. I met him second time months later and at that time he had come to realize the truth of the situation.
