Italia 1 is an Italian free-to-air television channel on the Mediaset network (Italian-based mass media company which is the largest commercial broadcaster in the country). Italia 1 was launched on 3 January 1982 and is owned by Silvio Berlusconi family's holding company Fininvest. The channel is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
