Jack Morris of St. George's

Jack Morris welterweight who fought out of Aldgate/St. George's London was a highly regarded fighter in his class worthy of challenging for championship honors by boxing writers of his day. Apparently this Jack Morris started out boxing as a flyweight and bantam in late 1907 and early 1908 but by June of 1908 Morris was fighting as a lightweight and welterweight.
