Norwegian featherweight Willy Olsen faced the 21 year old Belgian Jack Sylveer (4-3-0 ) in a 6-round bout. Olsen won the first two rounds with left jabs and occasional rights, which shook the Belgian. In the 3rd the Belgian put Olsen down for an 8 count with a left-right combination. Olsen got up, Sylveer tried to end the fight, but much of his blows hit Olsen in the neck, something the refree overlooked. In the 4th Olsen seemed to have lost all his stamina. Body punches from the Belgian forced him to retire in the bout.
This was Olsen's last fight. His final record was 0-3-1.
