Jeremy Lee (Jerry) Armstrong is a former American amateur boxer from Boise, Idaho, who represented the United States as a bantamweight at the 1960 Rome Olympic games. Armstrong has subsequently became a referee in the state of Idaho. Armstrong boxed collegiately at Idaho State University, and is a 1980 inductee of the university's Sports Hall of Fame.
