"Jimmy Bivins, cagey heavyweight veteran of Cleveland, although outweighed 24 1/4 pounds, hopelessly outclassed heavyweight newcomer, Sid Peaks, Charleston, Ind., in their 10 rounder. Peaks, with a record of six consecutive knockouts against minor opponents, was too inexperienced for Bivins' speed and ring shrewdness.
